All ballots to amend the IRP Agreement require approval by three-fourths of the member jurisdictions casting a vote.
Proposed amendments need to be submitted to IRP, Inc. in draft form at least 60 days prior to an open meeting, such as the IRP Annual Meeting or another meeting so designated by the IRP, Inc. Board of Directors. Upon receipt of the amendment in final form, IRP, Inc. will send it to IRP voting members for official vote.
