IRP committees are the backbone of the organization. These groups serve as a forum to:
- Resolve issues within the IRP community
- Make decisions on and interpretations of the Agreement
- Ensure that that the jurisdictions remain in compliance with the Plan
All of the committees are comprised of volunteers from the IRP community. Jurisdiction participants are appointed by the Chair of IRP, Inc.; industry representatives are appointed by the Chair of the Industry Advisory Committee.
