The Education Committee (formerly the Plan Procedures and Education Committee) develops training tools and programs to educate IRP Member Jurisdictions; provides educational content for IRP meetings and/or workshops; monitors and review ballots and provide comments to ballot sponsor(s); and completes other responsibilities as assigned by the IRP, Inc. Board of Directors.

Purpose and Authority
The IRP, Inc. Board of Directors (Board) delegates, under the authority of Section 1305 of the International Registration Plan (Plan), to the Education Committee the responsibility and authority to:
develop training tools and programs to educate IRP Member Jurisdictions;
provide educational content for IRP meetings and/or workshops;
monitor and review ballots and provide comments to ballot sponsor(s); and
complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Board.
