About the 2017 Meeting
Join us for the 2017 IRP Annual Meeting, Navigating the Future. The IRP community will explore upcoming trends in the motor carrier and related industries and how these changes might impact IRP. Electronic credentials, the automation of commercial motor vehicles, evolving technologies in other areas – what possibilities does the future hold? How will potential changes and trends impact the motor carrier industry? Infrastructure? The work of IRP jurisdiction staff? The Plan itself? Join us for this important discussion.

Reservations: As mentioned above, the hotel has sold out of rooms for May 16. To see if rooms are currently available, you may either:

  • Reserve online. If needed, the group code is 2U97RI.
  • Call (800) 547-8705, indicating the group name of IRP 2017 Annual Meeting. You will need to provide guest name, home or business address, email address, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double), and check-in and check-out dates. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. If needed, you can also share the group code of 2U97RI.

Rate: $155.00, plus applicable taxes (currently 14.07%) for single or double occupancy.

Room Details
:

  • Complimentary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi in guest rooms, and parking for hotel guests.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged for one night plus tax.
  • The IRP rate may be available two days pre and post event, pending availability.
  • The deadline for reservations for the IRP rate is April 25.

Funded attendees: If you are a jurisdiction representative whose travel is being funded by IRP, Inc., you will receive information from IRP about submitting your housing form. Do not contact the hotel directly for reservations. Read more about funded jurisdiction travel.

Making the Case: Requesting to Attend the IRP Annual Meeting

Guest Meal Form
If you have a guest that you would like to bring to group meals at an additional charge, please use the Guest Meal Form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to April 17 will be reimbursed in full. Cancellations of meeting registration starting May 1 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee; cancellations received April 17 - 30 will have a $40 cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made for personal emergencies – documentation may be required. No refunds will be granted to no-shows. Cancellations must be made by email to IRP.

If you are attending the meeting as a jurisdiction representative funded by IRP, Inc., you will receive logistical information directly from IRP. See the Funded Jurisdiction page for general information.
